If an administrator created your account, they can update your login details. Questions about that access are best raised with them first.
We use your data to run your account, keep sign-in secure, and respond when you contact us.
You can see and edit your own profile. Administrators with the right permission can manage user logins.
Access for the people operating the platform is limited to what is necessary to run or repair the service.
We rely on third parties for hosting, email delivery, and abuse prevention. They process data on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver their part of the service.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active.
When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data rather than keeping it indefinitely. Some records may persist briefly in backups before they age out.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as your theme. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access to production systems is restricted. No service can promise perfect security, but account credentials are treated as sensitive by default.
If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how your data is used, notify account holders directly.
