By creating an account or using agency201, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. The service

agency201 provides free account features: registration, sign-in, profile, and security. Features may be added or improved over time.

We may change, add, or retire features. Where a change would materially affect how you work, we aim to give reasonable notice.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate details and keep them current.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

4. Your data and your responsibilities

You own the data you put into the platform. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store it.

agency201 does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Do not disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or place unreasonable load on it.
• Do not resell or rebrand the service as your own without our written agreement.

6. Cost and voluntary support

The platform is free to use. Donations are entirely optional, are not a subscription, and do not entitle you to additional features or service levels.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided without an uptime guarantee. Maintenance, outages, and interruptions can happen.

Keep your own exports of records you are required to retain.

8. Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or puts the platform or other users at risk.

On termination, you may export your data before it is removed.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
